How to make your very own vintage no-sew top bag

I am going to show you how to make your own no-sew top bag!

Step 1 

Start off with an old top

(You can do it with a t-shirt and it is easier but I find that the bag is prettier with a top)

Step 2

Cut about 3 inches up from the bottom on both the left and the right side





Step 3

Turn the top inside out, and cut up 3 inches and across about 1 inch as shown

Step 4

Take one small piece from one side of the top, and tie it to the piece just underneath it

Step 5 

Continue to tie the sides together until it looks like this...

Step 6

Turn the top inside out again

Step 7

You can then use the tying affect for the sleeves to make the shoulder strap
